Deriv bot alternatives, compared

Deriv Bot — the official builder

Deriv's own drag-and-drop bot builder, free with any Deriv account. It's genuinely good: the block system is well-designed, it's maintained by the broker, and support comes from the people who run the platform. If you value first-party backing above everything else, use it — we'd say the same in their position.

Where it stops: there's no market analysis beyond charts, no way to test a staking plan before running it with money, and no library of ready-made strategies. You build, then you find out live.

Paid bots from Telegram and WhatsApp

A large market, particularly across Africa and Southeast Asia, selling "premium" or "no loss" Deriv bots as XML files for anywhere from twenty to several hundred dollars.

What you should know before buying one. A Deriv bot XML is a staking plan — a rule for what to stake next based on the last result. Essentially all of the ones sold are Martingale, D'Alembert, Oscar's Grind or a variation, which you can generate in the free builder from a form in about thirty seconds. Open a purchased XML in any bot builder and you can read exactly what you bought.

A "no loss" bot does not exist. Every Deriv contract carries a published house edge, and no sequence of stake sizes converts negative expectation into positive. Bots marketed that way are typically Martingale with a large multiplier — which wins consistently until the losing run arrives, and then takes the account. If you've been shown a screenshot of a flawless run, you've been shown the part before that.

We publish twelve of these strategies free, with the XML downloadable and the mechanics of each explained.

MT5 expert advisors

Expert advisors run inside MetaTrader 5 and work across many brokers, which is a real advantage if you trade forex or CFDs and want portability. Deriv offers MT5 accounts, so this is a legitimate route.

Where it doesn't fit: EAs don't trade Deriv's digital options — no Even/Odd, no Over/Under, no Matches/Differs, no Accumulators. If those contracts are why you're here, an EA can't do the job. They also need installation and, for anything reliable, a VPS.

Binary Pro — and where it doesn't win

We're built on Deriv's open-source bot project, so the builder is the same lineage: same block system, same XML format, bots move between the two freely. What's added on top:

Where Deriv Bot is the better choice:

Nothing is locked in either way. Your strategies are standard XML — export from one, import to the other, whenever you like. That's deliberate.

How to choose

Whatever you pick: test on a demo account, set a loss threshold, and never trade money you can't afford to lose. Risk disclosure.

Build and run it yourself

Binary Pro is free to use, runs in the browser, and works on a Deriv demo account.
